Randy Simmrin

Randy has nearly three decades of experience in Real Estate and Property management and over a decade of expertise in the non-profit field, overseeing Community Block Grants (San Diego and National City) programs, ensuring project compliance and program reports. Randy received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Southern California.

Randy began his career in the late 70’s as a Professional Football Player at the NFL and the Canadian Football League playing for the Buffalo Bills, Miami Dolphins, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Edmonton Eskimos.

Randy has raised 4 sons and they are all successful in their lives and careers. He is a Business Professional and Blessed Father.

 

Andy Blauvelt

Andy’s work in affordable housing and community development began over 25 years ago as a city planner, before he moved to the nonprofit sector in the 1990s.  As a senior project manager, Andy led EAH Housing to become one of the largest original participants in the MASH program and learned first-hand how difficult it can be to make solar work to the benefit of low-income residents.

Andy is currently a private consultant, helping affordable housing organizations finance and install solar.
